Itinerary

Day 1 / Airport-Anai valley –Bull race-Harau valley (Abdi homestay) B.L.D

Pickup at Minangkabau Airport. From the airport we will drive to Anai valley to see the waterfalls. On our way we stop for coffee and tea while enjoying panoramic views from a hill top restaurant. We continue our trip to a village around Batu Sangkar to see the bull race. Here we will have a traditional lunch with local dishes. Late in afternoon we heading to Harau valley and check in at Abdi homestay. Here you can relax and enjoy te scenery.

Day 2 / Harau valley trek and camping in the Ngalau seribu Cave ( Tent) B.l.D

After breakfast, around 9.00am, we will take you for a walk along the rice fields and village in Harau Valley. Here you can see the way locals live and see farmers at work in the fields. Also you will learn about the process of making the palm sugar. During this walk we will show you which plants and spices can be used for cooking. We will stop for lunch at a local house. In the afternoon we will continue our trip and walk up the hilltops around the valley. Here we can enjoy magnificent panoramic views. We keep walking to the Ngalau Seribu cave. We will set the tent inside the cave and the guide will preparer dinner. At night time we can talk about the way local people live in Harau village. We will sleep in the tents.

Day 3 / Trekking to waterfalls ( Abdi homestay) B.l.D

We continue our walk by exploring the area around the Ngalau Seribu cave. After that we will visit a henna farm. We will stop for coffee near a small river, where it is possible to take a swim. After that we continue our trek to see some water falls. After that we walk for about 25 minutes more and than stop for lunch at local house, where we will enjoy local dishes. Late in the afternoon we go back and stay in Abdi homestay.

Day 4 / Stay in hidden beach in Muaro duo beach ( Bungalow) B.L.D

After breakfast we drive to Padang via Bukittinggi. On the way we will stop at Kotogadang village, a village known for its exquisite silver work. After that we go straight to Bungus beach to catch a speed boat to Muaro (about 1 hour by boat). There we will have time to relax and enjoy the beach.

Day 5 / Hopping island and snorkelling ( Bungalow ) B.L.D

At about 10 am we will go on a boat trip to visit Marak Island and Pagang island. Here you can enjoy the fish and coral while snorkelling and if you are lucky you can even spot a turtle! Late in afternoon we return back to our bungalow and have dinner.

Day 6 / Padang city ( hotel ****)

Late in the afternoon we will drive to Padang and stay in Padang city, where we will have a seafood dinner. Free program.

Day 7 / Padang – Airport

After breakfast we will take you back to the airport. This is the end of the tour.
