Bull racing or pacu jawi in Minangkabau language is one of tradition since long time a go in west sumatra. Every month the farmer in the village doing this tradition after harvest time. They do bull race for fun , after that local in the village will starting to plan a new rice. If their bull can running well the price to sell will be good price also a good honour for the owner
Itinerary
- Day 1 / Airport pick up and bull racing
- Day 1 we will pick you up from airport, we drive to Anai valley , here we will stop to see waterfalls. Our journey continoue to see village Pariangan to see a beautifull village near volcano.The trip continoue to village for Bullrace, here you can take photo and enjoy the time with local. Late in afternon w e continoue our trip to Harau valley and check in Abdi homestay.
- Day 2 / Visit local village
- Walking arround in Harau village seeing local life and visit water falls. Retun back to airport /Padang.
